Registration & Account

Yes, creating an account on sortudo7k is completely free. There are no registration fees, monthly charges, or any costs to keep your account active. You only transfer money when you choose to make a deposit to place bets, with a minimum of R$ 20.00 via Pix. Signing up takes less than 2 minutes and no immediate deposit is required — you can explore the platform before adding any funds.

To create your sortudo7k account you'll need to provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, mobile number with area code, postal code (CEP), email and password. All fields are required to comply with the identity verification standards set by Brazilian law. Document uploads are not required at registration — full identity verification is requested before your first withdrawal.

No. Each CPF can only be linked to one account at sortudo7k. Creating multiple accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in all identified accounts being closed, with balances tied to fraudulent activity being withheld. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, contact support via live chat — the team handles it quickly, no hassle.

On the sortudo7k login screen, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email and you'll receive a reset link in under 2 minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, reach out via live chat with your registered CPF — the team will locate your account and start the access recovery process within minutes.

Identity verification at sortudo7k is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit: a photo ID with your picture (RG, CNH or passport) — front and back — and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months). Everything is submitted directly through your account dashboard on mobile or desktop — no printing required. Approval typically takes between 2 and 12 business hours.

sortudo7k accounts can be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts with a wrong password (wait 30 minutes and try again), if the user activates self-exclusion, or if the security systems detect suspicious activity. For cases that do not resolve automatically, contact support via live chat or at contato@sortudo7k.net with your registered CPF so the team can look into it.

Go to Account → Settings → Personal Details. You can update your phone number, address and email directly from the dashboard. An email change requires confirmation from your current address before it takes effect. Details such as CPF and full name cannot be changed after registration — if there's an error in those fields, contact sortudo7k support for a case review.

No. sortudo7k runs directly in your mobile or desktop browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or any other up-to-date browser. The platform is fully responsive and built to perform well even on 4G connections. For faster access on mobile, you can save sortudo7k to your home screen as a shortcut — in Chrome on Android, tap the three-dot menu and select "Add to Home Screen".
Deposits & Withdrawals

sortudo7k accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Pix (primary method — instant, 24/7), bank slip, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfer through Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil and others. sortudo7k does not charge fees on deposits. Any costs are those charged by your financial institution, which vary depending on the method you choose.

The minimum deposit on sortudo7k is BRL 20.00 across all available methods — Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED. There is no set maximum deposit, but transactions above BRL 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification in line with Brazilian regulatory requirements.

Pix deposits at sortudo7k are processed within seconds of payment confirmation — usually between 5 and 30 seconds. The credit appears automatically in your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the banking system. Pix works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, making it the ideal method when you want to deposit before a match that's about to start.

To request a withdrawal on sortudo7k, go to Account → Finance → Withdraw, select your method, enter the amount and details (your Pix key, for example), and confirm. Pix withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes in most cases. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. sortudo7k charges no fees on withdrawals. Identity verification (KYC) must be approved before your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal on sortudo7k is BRL 30.00. The maximum per single transaction is BRL 50,000.00. There is no limit on how many withdrawal requests you can make per day, but accumulated withdrawals above BRL 50,000.00 within 24 hours may be subject to additional security verification. VIP users may have higher limits — contact support for details.

For Pix deposits, the credit is nearly instant. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, check whether the payment was confirmed in your banking app. If it was, contact sortudo7k support via live chat and provide: the deposit amount, the time of the transaction and proof of payment (a screenshot of your statement or confirmation screen). For bank slips, processing can take up to 1 business day after payment.
Bonuses & Promotions

On your first deposit at sortudo7k, you receive a 200% bonus on the amount deposited, up to BRL 500.00. Examples: depositing BRL 100.00 gives you a BRL 200.00 bonus (BRL 300.00 total to bet with); depositing BRL 250.00 or more gives you the maximum bonus of BRL 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed — no need to contact support or enter a code.

Rollover is the wagering requirement you need to meet in order to release bonus funds for withdrawal. On sortudo7k, the welcome bonus rollover is 5x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days. Example: received a BRL 200.00 bonus → you need to wager BRL 1,000.00 in total. Progress is shown in real time on your account dashboard, under Account → Promotions → My Bonus.

The bonus code field is on step 2 of the sortudo7k registration process, in the "Bonus code (optional)" field. If you already created your account without entering the code, contact support via live chat with the code you have — the team will check whether it can be applied retroactively, depending on the specific promotion's terms.

sortudo7k offers weekly cashback on bets settled as losses during the week. The exact percentage and conditions are published on the platform's promotions page, which is updated every week. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday for eligible users. The cashback balance typically carries a lower rollover requirement than the welcome bonus — check the specific conditions for each promotion in the promotions tab of your account.

If the rollover deadline passes before you have met the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance is automatically canceled. Your deposited real money balance is not affected — only the unconverted bonus amount is removed. Losses from bets placed with bonus funds are also not refunded after expiration. That is why sortudo7k displays the rollover deadline and progress in real time on your dashboard, so you can keep track with no surprises.
Sports Betting

sortudo7k covers a wide range of sports with a focus on the Brazilian market. The main ones are: football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga and the Brazilian national team), MMA and UFC (all Ultimate cards), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and tennis. New sports and competitions are added regularly — visit the Sports tab for the full updated list.

sortudo7k live betting lets you wager on matches that are already underway, with odds updated in real time as the game progresses. Available live markets include match result, next goal, corners, cards and more, depending on the sport and event. Odds move fast during play — act quickly when you spot an opportunity. To bet live, your balance must be available (deposit processed) and you must be logged into your account.

If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets on it are canceled and the wagered amount is refunded to your account balance. If the event is postponed to a different date than originally scheduled (more than 24 hours delay), bets are also canceled and refunded. If the event starts but is interrupted before the official end, bets may be settled based on available partial results, in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the sortudo7k Terms and Conditions.

On sortudo7k you can combine multiple selections on a single bet slip to multiply your potential winnings. Each selection is added to the bet slip and the odds are multiplied automatically. For the slip to win, every selection must be correct. The risk is higher than a single bet, but so is the potential return. The minimum stake per parlay is BRL 2.00. You can combine events from different sports on the same slip.

sortudo7k displays odds in decimal format. The calculation is straightforward: stake × odds = total return (which already includes your stake). Example: a BRL 50.00 bet at odds of 2.50 returns BRL 125.00 if it wins (BRL 75.00 net profit + your BRL 50.00 stake). sortudo7k shows your potential payout in real time in the bet slip as soon as you enter your stake, so you know exactly what you stand to receive before confirming.
Slots & Casino

RTP stands for Return to Player and represents the percentage of total amount wagered that a slot pays back to players in prizes over a large number of rounds. A slot with 96% RTP means that, statistically, for every BRL 100.00 wagered across millions of spins, BRL 96.00 is returned as prizes. This does not mean you will receive BRL 96.00 in every session — RTP is a long-term average. Each spin is completely independent of the previous one.

Crash games like Aviator and Spaceman work like this: you place a bet before the round begins, a multiplier starts growing from 1x and keeps climbing. You need to click "Cashout" to lock in your winnings before the plane crashes (or the character explodes). If you don't cash out before the crash, you lose your wager. The maximum multiplier for each round is determined by an audited RNG algorithm — there is no way to predict when it will crash.

sortudo7k's Live Casino streams tables with real dealers via live video from professional studios. You watch the dealer shuffle cards, spin the roulette wheel, or reveal results in real time. Available games include blackjack, European and American roulette, baccarat, and poker variants. Bets are placed in BRL with no currency conversion. You can interact with the dealer via chat and see other players at the table. An account balance is required to participate.

Yes. The slots and crash games available at sortudo7k are provided by licensed developers and audited by independent international bodies that regularly verify whether the RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms are operating fairly. The RTP of each slot is published on the game's information page. Crash game results are determined before each round by a verifiable algorithm — no human intervention alters outcomes during play.
Responsible Gambling

Go to Account → Settings → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limit. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases have a mandatory 7-day waiting period — enough time to make sure the decision was not made on impulse. This asymmetry is intentional and is part of sortudo7k's commitment to healthy gambling practices.

Self-exclusion at sortudo7k blocks account access for periods ranging from 1 month to 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, the block cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends — not by you, not by support. This is intentional: for the tool to work as real protection, it needs to be firm. During exclusion, you cannot create a new account using the same CPF. Any available balance is returned via Pix within up to 5 business days.

Yes. A temporary pause suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Your balance remains intact and available once the pause ends. The pause cannot be deactivated before the chosen period expires. To activate: Account → Settings → Responsible Gambling → Pause Account. Activation is immediate.

sortudo7k has a dedicated page on this topic with full information about all available tools, warning signs, how to activate each feature, and where to get help. Access it at Responsible Gambling. Support is also available 24 hours a day to help with any responsible gambling concerns — via live chat or at contato@sortudo7k.net.

Everything you need to know about sortudo7k

An honest overview of the platform for anyone just getting started or wanting to better understand how everything works.

Sortudo7k was built for the Brazilian bettor — someone who follows football closely, knows the Brasileirão standings by heart, tracks head-to-head records, and wants to put that knowledge to use with informed bets. The platform covers every round of Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil matches, and Libertadores fixtures with pre-match and live markets updated in real time.

One of the most common questions from people joining sortudo7k for the first time is about the registration process. It is straightforward: fill in your basic personal details — full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number, and zip code — choose an email and password, and your account is ready in under 2 minutes. No documents are required at sign-up. Full identity verification is only requested before your first withdrawal, which means you can explore the platform before needing to submit a photo ID.

About deposits: Pix is by far the most popular method on sortudo7k, and for good reason. Funds land in your account in seconds, it runs 24 hours a day — including Sundays and holidays — and there are no extra fees. Anyone who has tried to deposit via boleto at 10 PM before a match and missed kickoff knows exactly what that means. sortudo7k also accepts boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED for those who prefer other options.

The 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit is one of sortudo7k's standout features. Deposit BRL 100.00 and you have BRL 300.00 to bet with. Deposit BRL 250.00 or more and the bonus reaches its cap of BRL 500.00. The rollover is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days — terms that sortudo7k publishes clearly, with no hidden fine print. Rollover progress is visible in real time on your account dashboard.

For withdrawals, sortudo7k processes Pix payments in up to 5 minutes for accounts with approved identity verification. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 and there is no limit on how many requests you can make per day. Identity verification — a photo of your RG or CNH plus proof of address — is completed directly through your account dashboard, no need to go anywhere in person. Approval generally takes a few hours on business days.

Sortudo7k's casino includes slots from audited providers with published RTP, crash games like Aviator and Spaceman with a verifiable RNG algorithm, and Live Casino tables with real dealers. If you have never played live casino before, the experience is quite different from a regular slot — you watch the dealer shuffle cards or spin the roulette wheel in real time and place your bets on screen. Results are determined by actual physical movements, not an algorithm, which creates a completely different dynamic.

Responsible gambling is an area sortudo7k takes very seriously. The tools — deposit limits, session alerts, temporary pause and self-exclusion — are available in your account settings from the moment you first log in, no need to contact support. Self-exclusion, once activated, is irreversible for the chosen period: neither the user nor the sortudo7k team can undo it before the deadline. That's exactly how it should work to be real protection, not just a formality.

If you have any question not covered on this FAQ page, sortudo7k support is available 24 hours a day via live chat — with an average response time under 2 minutes. The entire team assists in Brazilian Portuguese, no generic scripts. You can also email contato@sortudo7k.net for non-urgent matters.

Whether you are a new user or have had an account for a while, the information on this sortudo7k FAQ page is updated regularly to reflect the platform's latest policies and features. If you find anything outdated or want to suggest a question to add, reach out by email at contato@sortudo7k.net.

Pro tip: before reaching out to sortudo7k support, check your account history at Account → History — most questions about deposits, withdrawals and bets are resolved using the detailed data available on that screen, without having to wait for an agent.
